Quick Updates:

Lago West Cluster Home is managed by Jackson Lastra Property Management Group. Emails sent to the board are automatically redirected to management.
The electrician is continuing to troubleshoot lights that recently stopped working.
The board is aware of areas with dry grass, we are in close communication with the landscapers and their irrigation team.
Do not put out bulk trash prior to the Saturday before bulk pickup. Do not put out any black garbage bags. Any trash not in a City of Plantation Trash bag will not be picked up. Please be respectful of your neighbors and follow Plantation’s trash requirements. The tennis court area needs attention!

The cost of resurfacing the tennis court is very expensive. Many have expressed that they would like to see this area repurposed. We would like to spend association funds in a way that bring the most benefit to our residents. What would you like to see in this area? Here are some recommendations we have received:
