Architectural Modification Form

We appreciate and admire residents that work to update and maintain their homes. Some projects may require an architectural modification form. Some of the most common projects requiring an Arch Mod Form are:

• Installation of Hurricane Impact Windows and Doors

• Siding repairs

• Fence Replacement

• Concrete slabs, decking, and pavers

• Installation of Satellite dishes

• Anything permanently affixed to the exterior of the building

• When in doubt, contact the HOA.

Please be assured, the board of directors does not want to prevent you from completing projects, we do need to ensure uniformity within the neighborhood, and we might even provide you with information that could save you from experiencing problems in the future.
