Parking
Cars found to be breaking any of the rules will be towed.
Each dwelling has two parking spaces, you may only register and park 2 vehicles per unit.
Guest parking is limited. Do not park a 3rd or 4th car in a guest spot. Please be respectful to your neighbors.
Do not park on the grass. Cars parked on grass will be towed and charged for any damage to grass and sprinklers.
Do not park over sewer grates.
Register your vehicles with Association Management. Unregistered vehicles may be towed.
Boats, trailers or any other recreational vehicles shall not be parked on the property.
Only emergency work can be performed to your vehicle while on the premises. Example: Flat tire or replacing a battery.
Disabled vehicles, unregistered vehicles, or expired tags on vehicles are subject to immediate removal from the property.
Ensure your guests are not parked in a neighbors parking spot. If the parking space is numbered, it is not a guest spot.
Sunshine Park across the street has made parking spaces available in the past. If you need to park an additional vehicle, you can reach out to their contact for a parking contract. Please download form below and reach out to Sunshine Park with any questions you may have. There is a phone number on the form.
Report a parking violation
In order to enforce parking rules, violations must be documented. How can you report a parking violation in a way that can result in action?
1 - Download a photo timestamp app on your phone such as:
2 - Snap a picture of the car with the alleged violation, be sure to include the vehicle tag in the photo. If this is a guest parking violation, make sure the guest parking bumper is visible in the photo.
3 - Email the picture to bod@lagowestclusterhomes.com
4 - Fill out the form to right. This form notifies the board and automatically registers the violation in a spreadsheet. Once a vehicle has passed a threshold that is in violation of the adopted rules and regulations, management will arrangement to have the car removed from the property.
*The board has received quotes for vehicle monitoring services, the service is extremely expensive and provided very limited services. Those in attendance at board meeting that discussed this topic agreed these were not good options. Your help with enforcement is appreciated and will allow more money to be allotted to improvements and repairs.
